Welcome to Japan

Japan

Japan really is a world apart: between modernity and tradition, you will discover a country of beautiful landscapes and welcoming people. There are so many more possibilities than just tasting the delicious japenese food while walking in the busy streets of Tokyo; the wonderful and stunning outdoors of the island have so much to offer that it is hard to know where to begin. For the most adventurous ones, climbing the Mount Fuji, which is the most popular tourist site in Japan and one of the most famous mountains in the world, is an incredible experience that will certainly remain a lifelong memory. But the surrounding of Tokyo has other beautiful places to offer: from the ancient sanctuaries and castles to the magnificent mountains and beaches, you will not be disappointed by the countryside.

The former Japan capital, Kyoto, is also worth a visit. The city has a wide array of temples and shrines, including Kinkaju, the Golden Pavilion, and the Ryoanji zen garden. Have a walk around Old Kyoto and enjoy your lunch in one of the restaurant terraces along the River Kamo. If you want to discover the traditional aspect of the city, go to the geisha quarter's Gion Corner where you can see several puppet shows or dance performances by apprentice geisha.

Between beautiful landscapes, traditional culture and modern technology, your stay in Japan will definitely be a complete change of scene and an experience you will never forget.
