These Florida vacation homes range from comfortable condos and townhomes, to spacious 6-bedroom resort homes. All Windsor Palms homes feature private pools and a spa, while most townhomes have a small pool. The Windsor Palms Resorts distinctive 7,500 sq. ft. clubhouse features a huge community pool with sun deck and hot tub. Enjoy a variety of recreation options and exciting activities for all ages including a playground, fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, a 58-seat movie theatre, video arcade and billiards. The Windsor Palms Orlando community offers access to a shuttle bus service that transports guests to Walt Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios local charge applies. Min. age at check-in is 21. Global Resort Homes requires all guests arriving within 7 days of booking to check in at the corporate office located at 8555 Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy between the hours of 9am-6.30pm Monday-Saturday and 9am-4.30pm Sunday. Verification of drivers license and a valid credit card is required at check-in for all properties. Global Resort Homes will NOT leave a check-in packet for after-hour arrivals for any guests arriving within 7 days of booking. A fixed deposit amount of USD 300 per room will be charged on the day of booking FOR ALL GUARANTEED BOOKINGS. The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival. Any reservations 5 nights or less pay cleaning fees, prices vary per unit size. Pets are allowed on request. Charges are applicable. A damage waiver fee of USD 30.00 will be collected at check-in. A USD 110.00 cleaning fee will be collected upon check-in. There is a Pool Heating charge of USD 25 per day, minimum of 1 week USD 175 plus tax.
