The Villa Concha Apartments are situated in the Urbanizacion El Pinaret, one of the most quitest areas in Puerto de Pollenca, but just 150 meters from a sandy beach and 800 meters from the town center. All ameneties are close by, including the Square where the market is held each Wednesday,shops, restaurants and bars. The bus stop to take you to the neighbouring towns is just a 5 minute walk away. These popular apartments are comfortable, compact and set in a relaxing surroundings. The good range of hotel-style amenities, pool area, with three pools for adults and children, gardens, creche,kids club with children?s playground area, daily entertainment with live shows at the bar?, makes it a perfect choice for families with children of all ages. These spacious one bedroom apartments have living area, full bathroom, well equipped kitchenette and terrace. The studios have living area with two sofa beds and pull out bed for children. Cleaning is three times a week. The bicycle garage and its facilities and the gym are free of charge for our guests. The price to use the 25 heated pool is 1¿ per person per hour.
