The Apartments Solana are situated on a hillside, with commanding views over the bay of Puerto Rico and just 300 metres from the shops, bars and restaurants at the centre of the resort.Originally a small fishing port, the resort of Puerto Rico is situated at the mouth of a large river, with hillsides on either side protecting the beautiful white beach. Most of the hotels and apartments sit on hillside terraces looking down over the resort. Set back a little from the beach and surrounded by lush tropical gardens, the resort also boasts two large public lidos, a good choice of bars and restaurants and a wide range of watersports as well as tennis, bike hire and a nearby golf course.These one-bedroom apartments will appeal to the independent holiday maker. Only 34 apartments share the swimming pool and sun terrace area at the Solana - and there is a poolside snack bar as well, so there is no need to move too far if you do not want to. The complex also has its own mini-market, especially useful at breakfast time if you do not fancy the walk down into town.Internet connection is payablelocally.Please note that some facilities may incur extra local charges.
