The Gothic Quarter is about 500 metres away. The aparthotel is located around 10 minutes on foot from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Built in 2011, the aparthotel has 11 elegant apartments, a café snack/bar, a dining room, Free WiFi Internet access and a laundry service. ||The check-in will be performed in our check-in office located at Carrer de la Floridablanca 126, 08011. Remind to let us know in advance if you will not be able to present yourself at the check-in on the scheduled day of arrival. Otherwise we cannot guarantee the availability of accommodation, since the apartment will be released and the amount paid for your reservation will not be refunded. Please note that you will stay in a rented apartment. The day of your arrival you will be given access to an apartment equipped with everything you need (sheets, towels, kitchen towels, etc…) and a welcome pack of products for the first day (toilet paper, cleaning products, etc.). They have everything you need for cleaning the apartment, washing machine and other appliances (please check the description of the apartment). There is the possibility to contract our cleaning service (extra charge).|Due to the new Catalonian law, starting on November 1st, a touristic tax per person above 16 y.o. and night of stay (max. 7 days) will be charged at the moment of check-in.|
