The hotel enjoys a quiet location near the town centre, just 15 minutes by foot from the Greek Theatre and 10 minutes from the public gardens. Several local beaches are just 20 minutes away by car or public transport. Guests can reach Mount Etna within an hour by car. Catania-Fontanarossa Airport is approximately 50 km from the hotel.||This historic Baroque hotel comprises a total of 44 guest rooms. It is air-conditioned and features a pleasant bar area (with happy hour), a tennis court, the Riis Health Club and a delightful swimming pool. Further facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check out, a hotel safe, lift access, a TV lounge, a restaurant, room service and ample parking for those arriving by car (charges apply).||The Baroque-style rooms each come with a hairdryer, a safe, a satellite TV, a minibar, a direct telephone line, a terrace and/or balcony, and a view of the sea and of Mount Etna. There is an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower in each room, as well as a radio and Internet access. Double or twin beds, as well as individually adjustable heating/air conditioning also come as standard features.||There is an outdoor swimming pool and health club on the hotel grounds.
