Excellently placed just steps from the beautiful sandy beach on the outskirts of Rethymnon, the Julia Apartments offer attractive self-catering accommodation providing a great base to explore the beauty and history the island of Crete has to offer. Guests can make themselves at home in one of the 20 tastefully decorated rooms that all feature a kitchenette that is equipped with a fridge, cooking rings and all one would need to prepare meals onsite. Private bathrooms feature a shower or bathtub and the balcony overlooks the sea or pool area. Guests will also appreciate the Wi-Fi available to keep in touch with all the news back home and the televisions with satellite programming provided for their entertainment. Additional amenities include a safety deposit box. There is a continental breakfast served onsite each morning which consists of home-made Cretan flavours and makes for a great start to the day. In addition to being just 300 metres from the beach, recreational facilities at the Julia Apartments include a lovely outdoor swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols which make for a great place to spend the days relaxing under the Cretan sun while sipping on drinks from the poolside bar. The younger guests will be kept entertained at the onsite playground and sports enthusiasts will enjoy the selection of water sports on offer at the nearby beach. There is also car/bicycle hire available from the reception which allows guests to explore the surrounding countryside and popular attraction on the island
