The Dominican Republic is known for its beautiful beaches, tropical forests and never ending Caribbean sunshine and the Alisios Bavaro Hotel is perfectly positioned to take advantage of all three. The hotel sits on the beach a few kilometres along the coast from Punta Cana in the seaside town of Bavaro. The beautiful hotel is set among tropical gardens right on the beach with its own outdoor pool and spacious sunbathing area. The can arrange a variety of water sports on the beach such as windsurfing, water skiing and jet skiing. The hotels two restaurants offer buffet and a la carte options throughout the day and there are three bars to choice from spaced around the complex, with one on the beach. The 81 rooms are comfortable and air conditioned, with space to relax and unwind; some off the larger rooms have a terrace or a balcony overlooking the sea. *Please note:* All visitors to the Dominican Republic will require a passport which is valid for six months upon arrival to the country and for the entire duration of their planned stay. A tourist card is also required and this can be obtained at the airport.
