This apartment complex is situated in the tourist centre of Arrecife, close to Playa Concha beach. Several shopping areas with shops, boutiques, bars as well as restaurants surround the complex. The island's capital, Arrecife, and Puerto del Carmen are only 5 km away. The nearest airport is just 2 km away and public transport is located only 300 m from the complex.||This family friendly complex was built in 1984 and consists of 94 apartments. Facilities include a 24-hour reception desk and a safe. There is also a cosy café, a restaurant and bicycle rental available.||All of the apartments are tastefully furnished and come fitted with an en suite bathroom, a living room and a separate bedroom. Moreover, each has satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.||A freshwater swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols is located in the outdoor complex. Sport and leisure facilities can be found in Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen.||Guests are offered breakfast and dinner in the form of a buffet. At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may also choose to select dishes from the à la carte option, or alternatively choose from the set menu in the evenings.
