This 4 star hotel is located in the city centre of Miami Beach. The Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool. All 340 rooms are equipped with minibar, safe and air conditioning. The Perry South Beach Hotel will undergo improvements to the exterior facade over the next several months. The property improvements, commencing on May 29th, 2012, will be restricted to the exterior facade (guest room balcony) and parking garage only. During this time, the Hotel will do its best to minimize disruption of guests stay at the property. No work will be carried out in an occupied guestroom. The hotel will continue to be fully operational including the food & beverage restaurants and other property outlets.
