Each Home features excellent amenities and very comfortable furnishings, ensuring that all guests have an excellent stay. Location West Haven is located a short drive from all major attractions in the Orlando area, including Walt Disney World® Resort, SeaWorld® and Universal Orlando Resort®. Also nearby are world-class golf courses should guests feel the need for some quality tee time. Facilities & Amenities Each home is air-conditioned, well-equipped and spacious with its own screened pool, offering an ideal base. Guests will also find a TV and DVD player in the main living area and main bedroom, as well as a telephone. Dining Every Home features a fully-equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer,coffeemaker,toaster, iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a vacuum cleaner. There is also a dining room that is the ideal setting for a family or group meal. Alternatively, if guests don’t fancy cooking, a variety of great restaurants are within easy reach. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Villa info All rooms are furnished to a good standard, comprising a master en suite bedroom with a king- or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to two people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s). All towels and bed linens are provided. Villa occupancy levels are as follows: - 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people - 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people - 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people Things you should know Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly advise that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
