When entering the resort, guests will drive down attractive, manicured driveways that are well looked after year-round. Location The communities are located just 12 miles from Walt Disney World Resort and benefi t from a close proximity to the Champions Gate area in Davenport, where there is a profusion of shops, restaurants and fast-food outlets, plus world-class golfing. Facilities & amenities Resort-style communal pool and clubhouse, tennis courts, sand volley all courts, on-site fitness centre, and a children's playground. Dining Our Homes in The Shire & The Dales at West Haven are perfect for self-catering holidays. Each Home’s fully-equipped kitchen comprises a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, iron/ironing board and vacuum cleaner. There is a spacious lounge with TV as well as a dining area for sit-down meals. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Room info Each villa contains a private screened pool, outdoor deck and patio furniture. There is an en suite bedroom with king- or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to two people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s). Occupancy levels are as follows: -4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people -5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people Things you should know Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally. There is no resort fee to pay at this resort community. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
