Location Our Platinum Town Homes may be situated in residential locations with resort- style facilities in Kissimmee, Clermont, Davenport or Haines City, and are all within 20-35 minutes’ drive of Walt Disney World. Facilities & amenities Furnished to a high standard, each Platinum Town Home is air-conditioned, well equipped and spacious. All linens and towels are provided and household equipment such as an iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner and laundry facilities make guests eel at home. The lounge will feature a TV with DVD player, plus there will be a telephone and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. Town Homes do not usually havesafes. Dining All our Disney Area Platinum Town Homes have a fully-fitted kitchen as standard. Kitchen facilities include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Local supermarkets are easily accessible, and dining out in Orlando is an easy option due to the variety of eateries located here. Owners usually furnish Town Homes to their own specifications therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Town Home info... Each Platinum Town Home features a master bedroom with en suite, and king or queen bed. Additional bedrooms (sleeping up to two people) may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds. Occupancy levels are as follows: - 4 Bedroom Town Home: Maximum 8 people - 5 Bedroom Town Home: Maximum 10 people Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival.
