Champions Gate Resort is located on Highway 27 just 3 miles north of Interstate 4 in the Davenport area and only 10 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. The community features 6, 7 and 8 bedroom homes. All homes will have a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The homes feature a master suite with king or queen size bed, TV and a master bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower. Additionally each home will have a private screened swimming pool and covered lanai. Resort amenities to be completed by 2015 include a clubhouse with a resort-style pool, water slides, lazy river, splash park, fitness center, spa, tiki bar and movie theatre along with a playground and volleyball courts. The resort will also feature a public 18-hole golf course, driving range and putting green. The golf clubhouse will include dining, locker rooms and a pro shop.
