Location: The new 5-star hotel is very quiet and sits right in the centre of Puerto de Alcudia, only 300 meters away from the gentle slope of the kilometre-long, fine-sanded beach. For farther distances, there are a bus stop and taxi rank right nearby. Design and layout: The completely new hotel built in 2014 features a total of 361 suites distributed over 6 buildings, each with 4 floors accessible by lift. The facilities include a central lobby with reception desk, lifts, climate-controlled buffet-restaurant with terrace, 3 theme restaurants with terrace, cafeteria, and satellite TV area, as well as an internet corner (extra charge). W-LAN use is free throughout the hotel. The swimming pool area, with 9 pools and sun terraces, is found in the large garden grounds. Sun lounges and umbrellas are free of charge. A pool/snack bar is also available. Zafiro Penthouse Suite: same furnishing as the Zafiro Suite, but located on upper floors with roof terrace featuring Jacuzzi, plants, sun loungers and Balinese beds. Family Suite: same furnishing and comfort as the Junior Suite, but with 2 separate bedrooms. Family Swim-up Suite: furnished like the Family Suite, plus terrace, private garden with Balinese beds and direct pool access. Family Penthouse-Suite: same furnishing as the Family Suite, but located on upper floors with roof terrace featuring Jacuzzi, plants, sun loungers and Balinese beds. Children: children of all ages will have a ball, whether in the baby pool, on the playground or in the attractive children’s splash pool with pirate ship and water slides.
