These popular one-bedroom apartments are well situated close to the centre of Santa Ponsa, only 500 metres walk to the sandy beach, where pinewoods provide excellent protection from the sun on hot sunny days. Visit in September to enjoy the biggest Fiesta of the year in Santa Ponsa, culminating on the Saturday closest to 10th September with a parade through the town, a mock battle between the Moors and Christians on the main beach, party and firework display.Sunbeds and parasols on the beach can be hired on a daily basis, and there are pedalos for hire or a sausage ride at the south end of the beach. A safety area for swimming is normally roped off and pedalos, windsurfers, boats and jet skis are not allowed inside the safety zone. A lifeguard is in permanent attendance on this beach.Pirates Village will appeal to couples and families - they are close (but not too close) to the shops, bars and restaurants in the resort and with plenty of things happening throughout the day to keep all the family happy. There is also an Internet station.The attractive free-form pool area is surrounded by spacious sun terrace area, with a separate section of the pool for children. There is a full daytime programme of activities and live music or shows most evenings.During the peak summer months children have their own programme of fun and games, with a playground and playroom - and a mini disco every evening. All the comfortable one-bedroom apartments are well equipped for family holidays and the Caprabo supermarket is just 50 metres away.
