The hotel is located in a rural area accessed through Burmarrad before getting to Bu?ibba and St. Paul's Bay. The location is quiet, tranquil, pollution free and 122 m above sea level, overlooking Xemxija Bay. Carved out of the slopes of a hill, it is an exhilarating holiday complex to stay in on Malta, with its all-round panoramic views of the sea on both sides of the island.
